Working inside the OMNITURM redefines transparency and efficiency.

The OMNITURM is a new type of high-rise that combines work, living and public life in an innovative way. Situated right in the very heart of Frankfurt’s banking district, its varied uses merge into the shape of a 190 m high urban sculpture. Cantilevering, spiral-shaped apartment floors create generous open terraces, and the public areas towards the base of the building move away from the strict verticality to form terraces and green spaces. Around 44,200 m² of high-quality office space is available to companies across a total of 33 office floors, meeting the highest requirements and offering a unique urban flair. A further 8 apartment floors with 147 apartments invite you to live right at the heart of Frankfurt's banking district. The public areas offer space for food outlets, flexible workspace concepts, events and communal areas. All benefit from the high-quality metal-glass façade surrounding the whole building which makes light, openness and transparency a key feature of OMNITURM, combining the inside and the outside in one building.

presence The design by famous architect Bjarke Ingels uses high spaces without columns and attractive communal areas to reveal inner values and extraordinary flexibility. Different uses are combined under one roof to make this high-rise a beacon for new urban life in Frankfurt am Main. This innovative high-rise also boasts an impressive external effect. Its unusual visual presence both immediately from the street and at a greater distance is making OMNITURM one of the key features of the cityscape.
